（1）The small divergence angle and circular symmetrical far and near field distribution of VCSEL can greatly improve the coupling efficiency between VCSEL and optical fiber;

（2）VCSEL has very short optical cavity and large longitudinal mode spacing, which can realize single longitudinal mode operation in a wide temperature range and high dynamic modulation frequency;
